Orange flavored vodka that is!
This super easy orange infusing technique makes your screwdrivers more screwy and less juicy.
Start with some of these:
Peel the oranges. Feel free to eat the yummy fruit part. If you don’t like them, mail them to me because I love them!
Stick the peels in an empty bottle and pour vodka over the rinds.
Leave for six weeks to two months. Make sure they stay in the dark to keep the mood going. Run vodka through a thin mesh strainer or coffee filter and decant into a fresh bottle.
This is more like playing a mad scientist than following a recipe. There’s a lot of magic and places for things to go bad. This batch was left in the dark too long and smelled as odd as it tasted. Don’t sweat it and just start the new batch.
